Ann Tweedy is Of Counsel to the Firm. She is a 1998 graduate of the University of California , Berkeley , School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she excelled academically and was named to the Order of the Coif, and a 1993 cum laude graduate of Bryn Mawr College with degrees in English and Philosophy. During law school, among other activities, Ann clerked for California Indian Legal Services. After law school Ann first served as a clerk to the Honorable Rex Armstrong of the Oregon State Court of Appeals and then as a clerk to the Honorable Ronald Gould of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. From September of 2002 until June 2006, Ann worked in the tribal attorneys' office at the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community. Ann then served as an associate with the firm until July 2008, during which time she worked on cases involving hydropower licensing issues before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC); litigation in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit involving the effects of mercury emissions on tribal communities, and litigation in the federal district court in Alaska regarding subsistence hunting and fishing rights of Alaska Natives. She has also managed to find the spare time to publish several Indian law articles.

Ann is currently a Teaching Fellow at California Western School of Law where she teaches Federal Indian Law, among other subjects.
